Mental health on YouTube is, today, the niche where popularity most frequently diverges from quality. A critical analysis of 47 videos selected at random from the top 100 in the category over the past 12 months found a recurring pattern — not an exception, but a structure.
The structure has a name: the motivational pyramid.
