Questions
01Can I cancel Editor at any time?
Yes. The account dashboard has a direct cancel button. Cancellation is immediate and your history stays. Email warning 7 days before any renewal.
02Does Founding Editor renew?
No. One-time payment, lifetime. No recurring card. If you subscribe today, you'll still have full access in 2031, with no extra charge.
03Why limit Founders to 200 seats?
To create a real editorial foundation, not a marketing campaign. 200 names document who backed it before the product proved itself. When 200 is reached (or on 06/04/2026), /founders closes permanently. No second chance, no extension.
04What happens to my plan if I pause Editor?
You go back to Reader. Your history stays accessible. Private analyses become public (enter rankings). You can reactivate anytime without losing anything.
05Can I trial Editor before paying?
There's no paid trial. Reader already covers daily analysis — 5 per day, global cache, weekly digest. Use Reader as long as you want and upgrade when you need what only Editor has (annotated transcript, watchlist, etc).
06Refund?
Editor: cancel within 7 days of the first charge and we refund in full, no questions. Founding Editor: US$ 1,000 one-time with 14-day full refund. After that the colophon spot is permanent, no refund.
07Are taxes included?
We charge via Stripe. In some jurisdictions local taxes are added at checkout (transparent). The anchor price is in US dollars.
